Through the GigaStar Market platform, YouTube Creators can offer a percentage of their YouTube channel's future revenue during a public offering that remains open for a minimum of 21 days.
Investors can purchase rights to a revenue share percentage. After the offering successfully closes, the YouTube Creator receives the funds raised, and Investors receive monthly revenue along with special Creator perks, such as access to a private Discord channel.
After the anticipated 2025 launch of GigaStar's secondary market, whenever an Investor sells a Creator share (Channel Revenue Token), the YouTube Creator may be entitled to receive additional fees.
There can be no assurance that any monthly payout will occur or that the Creator will be successful despite the outcome of the raise.
